“Understanding Conflict” workshops
Using the Thomas-Killman Conflict Mode Indicator (TKI)
We offer TKI workshops to employers, public organisations,Churches, Christian groups, voluntary groups - any group which may be able benefit from a workshop. A workshop would normally last half a day.
A workshop consists of taking the indicator, then spending time using the indicator to help us understand how we, and others, behave when faced with conflict. The workshop helps us to choose how we behave in a conflict, and helps us to find solutions when faced with conflict.
The workshop assumes that conflict is inevitable, but if approached in the right way, can be a catalyst for growth, change and personal and spiritual development.
