A brief description of the Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI) and the types of workshops we offer.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI is the most widely used personality indicator in the world. It is a non-judgemental tool to help us to understand ourselves better, and for helping in our own development. It is widely used in areas such as spiritual development, understanding God, prayer, team-building, education, voluntary organisations.

We offer workshops to employers, public organisations, Churches, Christian groups, voluntary groups - any group which may be able benefit from a workshop.

A typical workshop would last a day - perhaps 10.00am - 4.00pm. However, the timing may be flexible - perhaps over two half days, or looking in more depth at the MBTI over a weekend, or a couple of days, midweek. Please talk to us to see what might be best.

In a typical workshop we would spend about half the time looking at the MBTI, and what it says about us. In the other half we would consider practical applications, as requested by the organisation holding the workshop. These applications may include prayer and spirituality, team-building and stress management for example.
